How can I correct a wrong shipping or billing address in my order?Updated 8 months ago

We apologize for any inconvenience, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate address changes once an order has been placed. It is important to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate before finalizing your order.

If you have mistakenly entered incorrect shipping or billing details, we recommend contacting our customer service team promptly via the contact form or our Help Center. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. 


For incorrect shipping addresses, here are the possible scenarios:

  • If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we may be able to cancel it and create a new order with the correct address details.
  • If your order has already been dispatched and the address provided is incorrect or invalid, the delivery will likely fail. In such cases, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Once the order is returned to our warehouse, we can arrange for a replacement shipment with the correct address or provide a refund as per our return policy.

We understand the importance of timely and accurate deliveries and will work diligently to rectify any address errors to the best of our ability.
