Can I exchange an item ordered by someone else?Updated a year ago

We currently don’t process exchanges, but you can easily return a product and purchase the one you want instead. 

Once you contact us about a return, please allow 2-3 business days for your request to be addressed. 

Once the return is processed, you can expect to see a refund in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days.
