  1. Return for a refund – Receive a full refund for the value of the returned items.

  2. Return for Loyalty Points – Receive reward points of equal value to your returned items, which you can use toward future purchases.

  3. Return for an exchange – Return the product and receive another product of equal value.

How to start a return:

  • Please contact our Customer Care team via our Contact Form to request a return.

  • In your message, please specify:

    • Which products you are returning and why+ add a picture if needed .

    • Whether they are opened or sealed.

    • Your preferred return option (refund, store credit, or exchange).

    • The reason for the return.

  • Once we receive your details, our team will review your request to determine if you are eligible for a return shipping label. If applicable, the label will be sent to the email address used for your order.

  • Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will process your chosen option promptly. Refunds are usually visible in your account within 7–10 business days after processing.

Cases Eligible for Complimentary Return Shipping:

If you experience an allergic reaction, receive a damaged product, or a wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
